Target Express operates as City Link Ltd

Following the announcement last December that Rentokil Initial plc acquired Target Express, City Link and Target Express have been working together to plan and implement a successful integration.

The first visible step to integration is that Target Express will be operating as City Link Ltd from the 1st May 2007.

What this means for you as a former customer of Target Express is that you will now benefit from an expanded range of products, new service enhancements and be supported by a delivery partner committed to providing the best total customer experience in the industry.

If you are a former customer of Target Express, what should you expect to remain the same?

• All your existing contact names and depot contact numbers
• The IT systems you currently use to generate bookings and Proof of Delivery
• Username and passwords you currently use to access information

What will be different? The only thing that will be different is the brand. You will see the City Link logo when visiting our website, customer suite and on vans and packaging.
